Hi Stewart,

Aughareamlagh is a townland in Glencloy, one of the nine Glens of Antrim in N Ireland. Glencloy is the next glen after Glenarm. I became familiar with the townland having written a written a history of Glencloy which was published in 1996. There is no other townland of this name, to the best of my knowledge, anywhere else in Ireland.
