Note that I initially had the marriage in quarter Q3 when it should have been Q4.

Secondly - why do you think she got married twice? No sign of that. She may have had illegitimate children before she married George. That was quite common in that area.

Try checking out the births or baptisms of the children. Shame I can't find anyone in 1861. They are almost certainly there somewhere.
