Barbara, do you have any way to connect Thomas and Marys first son Thomas (born 1802) To the Thomas Richmond that married Elizabeth Rawlinson in Burnley?
I have Census Records for Thomas and Elizabeth, I have their marriage at St Peters and his death. My Thomas Richmond died in 1848 at the age of 46 according to record, that would make it so he would have been born around 1802. I never confirmed his parents. I do know Elizabeth Rawlinson (Richmond after marriage) Was a Grocer, and so were all of my Richmonds afterwards. I noticed on a census record that James Kendal Richmond was also a Grocer. I am trying to prove that James Kendal, and MY Thomas Richmond were brothers. This will help me verify that the James here on Ancestry is my cousin!
