I forgot to add sufficient detail for you

In my records Thomas Derek Probert is the son of Thomas William Baden Probert born Buckland, Dover, Kent. His father Martin Probert was a soldier born in Bromyard, Hereford.
While stationed in Stirling in Scotland he met Mary Marshall [ the older sister of my Gran, Grace]. They married there and later went out to Capetown then returned to Kent and in 1911 were living in Ormisk, Lancashire where Martin was working in the Army Ordinance stores.

I have a lot more record to share but does Dad believe this is the same family because it seems strange that there might be two Thomas William Baden Proberts
