I am still a novice at researching, but I recently had success in finding my own father's grave at the Devizes Cemetery in Wiltshire by writing to the Salisbury Council. So as a suggestion, you might want to email, write or phone the Salisbury Council who might be able to help you. It was also suggested I write to the Editor of the Salisbury Journal. Perhaps that's another option for you.
