I don't know exactly where Timsbury is, but I did find a Frederick GoUld age 7 living with his mom and da and siblings in Blagdon Hills, Pitminster. There was no Frederick Goold listed in the 1871 index at all. There was another Frederick Gould, he was born in 1868 and is aged 3 living in Walton

I tried "Fred Gould" and got this family IN Timsbury in 1871: George (a coal miner)(32), Eliza(35), Harriet(8), John(6), and Fred (5). The entry says George was born in Camerton, and then goes nuts with dittos for the rest of the family, so you never know.

1881.. not having as much luck, really...

1891 in Radstock there is a George Goold,(teacher of music) (52), Wife Emily A (looks like he re-married)(47), Fred(coal miner)(24) and a lodger, Edwin Pratt. Dad is born Camerton and Fred is born Timsbury.

HAH!!! Found him! Or at least whom I ASSUME is him:
