I do have a copy of John Aldham Kyte's will, but it is on legal size paper and my scanner can only do letter size, so I'd have to do it in pieces. I'm attaching the cover (legal folded in half), showing it was registered in the Registry office for Frontenac County on 6 May 1869 (in Liber A of the General Register), presumably soon after the testator's death.

I will find a way to resize the document and e-mail it to you separately.
