Hi, I don't know if this will help, but I have looked up some paperwork and I found that there was a George William Napper married a Elizabeth Hughes Oct - Dec in 1876,
I also found the following:- on the 1901 census they were living at 4, Edith Road, Camberwell, London, with their daughter & Son-in-law and Family, Nancy(39y) & Alfred James Rice(40y), their Son Charles Frederick (17y) daughters Lilian Blanche(16y) Annie Elizabeth (13y) also at this address is nancy's brother Charles (32y)
George Napper was a fishing rod maker, His Mother was Charlotte, Father George William, now I am not saying that this is all correct, but you can find them on the censuses,
maybe some of this falls in place for you, I would be interested to know if I have helped at all.
Dorili.
