Then there is a death of a Mary Winifred Carr in 1995 age 79 born 2nd Feb. 1916 Registration number B55B Dist. 0061B Entry number 85 died Manchester Lancs.

If this is her ? If you got the death cert you would maybe have the name and address of a living relative that could help you. The death cert would have her maiden name on which would help also.
