That's a hard one to crack - you need the birth certificate for Jane Keele 1844 - if the mother's surname is Keele & no "formerly ..." mentioned then she was possibly illegitimate - all conjecture without that birth record.
Millins doesnt look or sound like a first name more like a surname, such as Milnes.
