I think Polly was probably Amelia M who married William Pinchers at Dane Bridge St Paul in 1904 and that Thomas born 1906 may have been their son. I think you have a good chance of finding most of the people you are seeking using CheshireBMD and the 1901 and 1911 censuses to keep you on the right track. If you are in England most main libraries have access to the census and Cheshire BMD you can access yourself on-line. Finally you might want to use one of the paying sites to find the missing 'cousins' in electoral rolls or telephone directories especially if they remained in the area. Of course if they were away to Sunny France or Spain then it might become harder!
