You say you found this information on the national burial index, but where exactly did you search to get that information? It certainly wasn’t on this website or the freeBMD because it doesn’t go into that much detail. I searched parish records on findmypast and either the information didn’t go into that much detail ie actual dates or despite using wildcards/variants the information isn’t found at all.

Did you use a website? Or do you have the BMD index’s on CD? Sorry if it sounds like a really stupid or obvious question, I haven’t been going through parish records for that long, and am still finding my bearings with what has what information where...

There seems to be a great disparity between the amount of or detail of certain parish records depending on the website I use.
