Sorry to appear a tease. The will can be found on Ancestry under Prerogative Court of Canterbury (PCC) Wills. It is lengthy and dense, but can be relatively easily summarised. Some of his extensive estate is left to "Ann Collier, singlewoman, who currently lives with me". The rest is left in trust to "my eight natural children by the said Ann Collier" who are named as Ezra, Alfred, Frederick, Matilda, Catherine, Adelaide, Ann and Elizabeth. In this context, and at that time "natural" means illegitimate. It is clear from the wording that none of the children were of age at the time it was written (1836). The only other family members mentioned are William Miles (nephew) and James Collier (brother of Ann).
