Father was Thomas b abt 1756 Buckingham of James & Mary Talbot of Bourton,Bucks and mother Zilpah Baldwin they married 1781 in Buckingham,Bucks. Charles's siblings were John b 1785, Zilpha b 1788 married Thomas Higgins issue Zilpah b 1808, Catherine b 1796, Thomas b 1798 all in Buckingham and James b 1790 in Tingewick and Mary b 1791 Tingewick.
