Help! I'm trying to find out who Alfred's father was, his mother was Elizabeth Chevalier and when he was a couple of years old she married Daniel Bowditch. I know they lived in St Ouen and Alfred took the name Bowditch but I'm stuck and can't find his real father.

Any help/suggestions appreciated thank you
