Would anyone have a John Chadwick in their line who was brn abt 1820 either Eng or NC?. My John Chadwick was believed to be a MASON,and possible Circuit Rider. He married a Mary Hodgen/Hodgens/Hodgin/Hodgins brn abt 1831 NC. They were in GA abt 1850 when my Gfather also named John Chadwick was brn abt 1852 GA,and Abraham Abe Chadwick was brn 1854 GA.I was told that a member of our Chadwick's while traveling thru NC he met a Indian Lady cutting wood at the side of the trail,and gave her a ride. He married the Indian lady,and later went into Ga,and TN,could the lady mentioned be Mary Hodgins?,which I have always heard that she was Native American. I don;t know who or where but the names Blue/Ballew,James,McCarly/McCarty or Mc somebody is mentioned in my Chadwick's from either NC/GA or TN.

Any info would be appreciated,
