Re: LOOKUPS FROM THE KINGSTON CHRONICLE VOLS. 22 AND 23
Hi
First I want to thank you on behalf of family historians for doing this good deed :)
I was wondering if your newspapers have anything about my xgreat grandparents: Blake, Buck, Merrill, Burnet(t), Cronk, Pixley, Mavety, or Vanorder. All of these families resided in the the Kingston/Syndenham areas from the late 1700s well into the 1800s/1900s. Anything you can give me about any of these families will be greatly appreciated - births, marriages, deaths, etc. It is easier this way than me giving you several dozen personal names :)
Thanks a million.

Re: LOOKUPS FROM THE KINGSTON CHRONICLE VOLS. 22 AND 23
Hello, I be interested in the Cronk and Buck surnames. Also, can the Kingston Chronicle Vols 22 and 23 be interloans through the libraries??? Or is there a website that I can brose thru?
I am a descendant of the Cronk from the Mountain Grove area of Ontario and I have a few Buck in my database. Be interested in sharing with you.
Sincerely,
Julie Batzloff

Re: Jarrells in Seeley's Bay, Frontenac Co., Ontario
Gertrude Catherine Jarrell Kewley, and Claude Kewley were my grandparents on my father's side. If you would like information, I have Claude's family tree. And if you have information on my grandmother, I'd love to hear it.

Re: LOOKUPS FROM THE KINGSTON CHRONICLE VOLS. 22 AND 23
my ancestor Thomas Marsh was supposedly born at Kingston. Was married ~ 1845 to Johanna Mahoney (b Ireland) and had at least 1 child (William George Marsh) there before emigrating to Chicago ~1850
wondering what you see for Marsh and/or Mahoney name in those volumes.
Thanks for checking

Diane: I am interested in the Smith family portion of the Jarrell family. Gertie was a frequent pen pal of her 1st cousin, my grandfather, Capt. EJ Scott. I'd love to make this connection. Please feel free to contact me. scotthj@wi.rr.comJohn

Hello, I hope you can help me, too. I'm looking for an obit on a Richard Bryans or Brynes, who reportedly died 20 Jan 1864 in Kingston.

Re: James Hamilton Laird m. Elizabeth Turner, Kingston
I'm researching my fraternal lineage, Laird, and know my GGrandfather's name was Will Turner Laird. I think Ireland was listed on his death certificate as his birth place. I'm wondering if ther is any connection?
