Google and Ancestry are not the same and I can't understand why you keep insisting they are. The way they crawl the sites may be similar but what they do with the data is totally different. They have two totally different goals. And don't give me the bull that Ancestry wants to help increase traffic to these free sites. If that was so a simple link to the site would do just fine with nothing more than a name included instead of the vital information that goes along with that individual. Again...Google is not in the business of Genealogy. Their goal is to increase traffic to all sites...not just one type of site. On the other hand, Ancestry is a genealogy site that wishes to increase their available genealogy data by adding data from other sites.
