I am Ann Williams Stephens and I am looking for information regarding my birth family. I was born August 13, 1945, and was placed with my adoptive parents, John Merl and Eila Anderson Williams on September 12, 1945. I know that my birth mother was 23 when I was born and that she was the oldest of 10 children. My birth father was 28 at the time of my birth but I don't know if he knew I existed. My mother was divorced but I don't know if that was from my birth father or not. My father was in the Army. My mother had another child that was 2 1/2 years old at the time of my birth. I was adopted through the Children's Aid Society which has closed its doors and I don't know who has those records.
