I don't have a subscription to ancestry, but used what I could of their public family trees and found several that have Peggy *and* Catherine Herring LANGMAID listed as daughters of Henry LANGMAID + Elizabeth SORBY ????
I found Henry LANGMAID's marriage to Elizabeth SOBY on Oct 4, 1759 in St Dominick from the OPC database --

I only found 2 baptisms in the OPC database but am awaiting word about more and whether or not anyone can find Peggy or Catherine's in that area.
Supposedly, Henry and Elizabeth had 6 or 7 children, if you include Catherine Herring LANGMAID.

2) Henry Langmaid the younger, yeoman, of Lansallos.
Lease from 1) to 2) of one messuage and tenement called North Trenewan, situated in the village of Trenewan in Lansallos parish, lately in the tenure and occupation of Thomas Colling and John Langmaid, father of 2).
Excepting on to 1) the right to all copper ore and other minerals and metal, quarrys of stone, and all timber trees and saplings likely to be timber now standing or growing, with the liberty to mine, quarry, cut down and carry away.
Term: 99 years, to be fully completed on the deaths of Henry Langmaid the elder aged 75 years, 2) aged 33 years, and John Langmaid aged 3 years, son of 2).
Consideration: £430. Rent: forty shillings, one capon yearly or one shilling for the same, 1 hen yearly or 6 pence for the same, 1 harvest journey or 4 pence for the same.
