I am looking for my Grandfather, Maurice Van Caeyzeele, born in Antwerp Belgium in I think 1898. He came over to Canada on the Scotian in 1920 with a woman and child. We would like to know if they were married. How do I find a birth certificate for him (I can follow up with actual birthdate, but I don't have it in front of me) and we are also looking for a Marriage cert. (woman was listed as 22 y/o on the ship records) and there was a child named Georges Van Caeyzeele, 2 y/o. Would there be birth records for this child? My grandfather never mentioned being married to this person, or having this child. Thank you for your help.
