OK, here it is! All is from the 'etet civil nu . . . " site. Henri was born 4 May 1844 in Hagenau. Parents not given. Info found in the TD book for 1843-1852. This is the only Henri listed from 1840-1870. Paulina is more interesting. Pauline Eugenia Beichele (spelling straight from the hand-written record; she is the only Pauline that I have found in the entire records). She was born on 12 Mar 1856 (a bit early) in Hagenau (info found in TD book 1853-1862). Father: Jean Baptiste Reichele and mother Catherine Batt married 7 Oct 1855 in Hagenau (Same TD book, but under Marriages-births, marriages and deaths all in same book). His father was Unknown, and the first Bazgël was his father according to my figuring. This information is from the Jewish records found on the same film. Samuel Bazgël married Unknown Gündel in May 1786 in Hagenau. They are the only Bazgëls in the Jewish records. There is a lot more information for Batt. There are a lot of Walthers but you can't tell who is who because of the duplication of names. I don't know where to search, but now I would look for Jewish records on the Web. I have a couple more things to check with marriage, immigration, etc. Will write again.
