Hi, I stumbled across the Mary Barnes story when I was researching the Buck family. Thomas Barnes.s second wife Mary Andrew had a sister Rachael who married Ezekiel Buck. The Buck line came to Canada. I have heard that Mary Andrews mother's maiden name was Barnes. Could she have been related to Thomas Barnes.
