Well now you lost me! LOL! Those names do match the 1900 census record that was mentioned in this thread but it does not match some of your other clues.

Things that don't match:
Henry and Pauline's birthdate and birth place
Viola not listed here. She could have been married by then but it indicates Pauline had 4 children, Lewis, Bertha, Joseph and Ella.

I think you still need to find when your Henry died to figure out your mystery.

Also, call the Paterson Library and see if someone can look up Joseph's obit. Hopefully, the siblings were listed.
