I think the Hatchett creek name is mis-leading, in 1850
all of now Coosa County was the Hatchett district.
There are some Blankenships at Quinsey Cemetery, NW of
the Dollar cemetery.
John Bucks farm was about 12 miles NE, couple miles N of Bell Rattle and still in the Hatchett Creek area and Census District, depending who the Census taker was, most were lost, some still are when in Coosa. I have to correct them about every year.
