Wow, I wish that I had seen these posts. On Aug 31, 2012 they deducted $79.95 from my account for the year 2011 services. I have not used them and cancelled with them in 2010. I am battling with them now to reverse the charges. I am so upset about this. The customer service department is a joke. PEOPLE, STAY AWAY FROM THAT SITE.
