Thanks for this information. It would be good if you had some dates for these people. I do have john Wilson of Pottagh 1825- 1880 m. to Sarah hezlett 1837-1915. Are these the same? His birth and death dates are on his gravestone at Downhill burial ground near Liffock and downhill castle. Many years ago i helped to clear this gravestone with a Hezlett cousin. The gravestone information is posted on the internet along with many other local people's on dunboe old church graveyard found under Bann Valley Genealogy

the link between pottagh and liffock is undeniable and this may be useful to John and others researching the wilsons/hezletts.
Do you have information on Sarah and John's family, as we do not have it all? We know two wilson families lived at Pottagh.
