I ran the macro on the latest DNA test I have today and it ran OK. I saved the text file and ran it through the "R" program and after I did the command:
standardize('AncestryData_23andMe_Format.txt',company='23andMe')

I got the message:
Error in scan(file, what, nmax, sep, dec, quote, skip, nlines, na.strings, :
line 682550 did not have 4 elements.

I'm not sure what to do next - Any clues? I tried using the Raw data file and company = "Ancestry" and that didn't work either. I have run this twice before successfully and thought I had saved my instructions exactly, so now I'm totally confused what to do next. Thanks :)
