I WAS a child in the 50's having being born in 1948.
I was about six or seven when Dad went to visit
this woman and we ate oranges. I remember her
face . She was old and nice. She was dressed in
dark blue flowy material.
Charlotte Day was born in 1849 and died 13 June 1907 ,
buried at Green wood Cem , no stone.
She married William Samuel

After the death of Ann E., John married Clarinda M Bird on 7 June 1888 and 3rd
Delia Llewellyn on Feb 24, 1897.
These are buried behind the Stanley Greenhouses on near
Moody Ave. The Stanley family is owner of the
Davenport land and are family members. They have the orginal land deed
and will not copy it because it is so fragile.
They are nice people.
