Thanks! It's interesting that John Harris is listed on the Gwinnett County Historical Society's online cemetery database, but apparently not the printed County cemetery book. I talked to someone at the Society today, and she could not find the same John Harris in the cemetery book as mentioned in the online database. I have sent an email to the Society listing details. They should respond soon.

I do wonder if both my John Harris and another ancestor - Thomas W. Hay - were both interred at the Snellville Baptist cemetery. Perhaps in unmarked graves. I've heard that they are doing another survey of the cemetery to check on the unmarked graves.
