I am always working on any of my ancestors. I have Scott on my McKemie side, also Forehand and Welch on my dad's side. Just got contacted by another Welch relative by my greatgrandfather's first wife. We have been emailing quite a lot in the last month. When I get to the Tallapoosa County court house I try and find anything about any of the families. I've been looking a old newspapers. It's almost as if I am there. Glad to be in touch with you again.
