Yes, Zelma died a few years ago. Her husband, Sargent Keenan, preceded her in death. The old Brickey home where Zelma was raised and about which you wrote, is now gone. There was a barn there but it may now be gone replaced by a metal building. I would be interested in seeing your artistic rendition of the old log home. I was in it several times as a youngster. I have a quilt that was made by Zelma's aunt Flora Brickey. Flora never married. Zelma (Brickey) Keenan was buried aside Sargent Keenan, her husband, in the St. Romuald Catholic Church Cemetery in Hardinsburg.
