For posterity, here are the directions given to me by Gordon Torrie a local historian.

The easiest way to get to Storey's Cemetery from Meaford is to travel west on Highway 26 to Grey Road 112. Then south on Grey Road 112 to Oxmead. Continue south, now on Grey Road 12. Alternatively, you can take Nelson St. West (in Meaford) to Gardiner St., South on Gardiner St. to Grey Road 12. Then Grey Road 12 west to Oxmead. Turn south, still on Grey Road 12.Storey's Cemetery is on the west side of the road, approximately 10.3 km south of Highway 26 and 8.5 km south of Oxmead. See the attached map. Oxmead is now merely an intersection.
