Frances Parks and Juletta Parks were from different Parks families. Same last name but different families. Also, in those times, families relocated together; more for safety measures than anything. Remember, they too, were Indians, and you could not trust strangers into the core of the families as they were not able to be trusted to turn them into the authorities. A lot of the Parks relocated to Illinois, as they had family relatives there while some stayed in North Carolina. I do not have the family histories un front of me but I know that Julettas father was George Parks. After I look at my information I will try to post the mothers and fathers of both Parks ladies.
