Surnames: CRONEA, CRONIER, CROSNIER
I have not been able to find out anything about Charles Cronea before he came to America from France in about 1818.
As far as I know, he came to America when he was 14 and none of his family came with him. He was in the 1830 Census in St Landry Parish as 1 male between 20-30 yo and 1 female between 15-20 yo, then on to Jefferson and Galveston County, TX. I don't know anything about an of his relatives other than his children.
