Bob: just getting back to this. In 1870,the only Barbees on the Breck.Co.Census were Philo and James T. and both are listed as in Cloverport. Same in 1860 for:Edward B.,Galen T.,John S.,Susan,Edward,Elizabeth,and Philo. My problem is,where is Mattingly??Is it close to Cloverport? In 1880,Norval was in Pellville Dist.of Hancock Co.; ,Philo lived in Hardinsburg;Charles , and Burlson in Cloverport. what do you think?
