The children were born in Ripon, WI. 1) Bertha 1869 2) William 3) Alice 4) Otto 5) Emma Louise my g grandmother, 6) Martha 7) Frederick 8) Mary 9) Matilda 10) Amelia 11) Mina 12) Laura 1891

Emma Lizzie or Louise b. Nov 1877 Ripon, WI married William Philip Weisbrod b. 1863 Waupaca Co., WI whose family is from Simmern, Rheinland-Plafz, Germany. They married 1895 in Fremont, WI and had six children (five sons and one dau)

It could be that your ancestor is related to my Frederick David Stange. WI also had a large concentration of Germans in Oshkosh and Milwaukee cities, and then from there they continued to outlying areas in Wisconsin.
