I married the grandson of Mamie Lee Braddy King. We found these threads and have a couple corrections and additions to make. I am not trying to step on any ones toes.

We know some of the children of OB Braddy and Maddie.

My husband is pretty sure Estus and O.B. were brothers. O. B. was his actual name. The letters did not stand for anything. There also was an Otis B. Braddy and an Oliver B. Braddy. From what he understands, these three people are definitely three different people. We know that one of them married Maddie or Mattie Canady. We are pretty sure it was Oliver but I am not betting on it until I get further documentation.
