My my gggrandfather was in the RIC . Can you tell me if there was only one William Daly b 1824 served in the RIC please. He served 1843 to 1874 . A Wm Daly appears in a later Manchester census as a "pensioner R I Constabulary" and I would like to be sure if that is him.
