Joe, thank you for responding to my complaints about the World War I Draft Registration Cards. I am so happy to learn that you are a Board Administrator for Ancestry on the Software Board so I guess I should be assured that you must be actively assisting the subscribers to receive answers to their concerns. Thank you so much for your assistance.
By the way, I wonder if you are also the unhappy subscriber who has been very vocal complaining about Ancestry's treatment of MAC users:
http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/message/an/topics.ancestry...I guess we should all take your advice and stop complaining about our "pet databases" until your "pet" problem with Ancestry is rectified.
I do hope that you will, perhaps, take heed to your own diagnoses for others and perhaps see yourself in the same situtation. Here is your message -
"It seems to me that the vast majority of people who post derogatory comments here fall into a few categories:
1. They didn't bother reading everything when they signed up.
2. Their expectations are unreasonably high.
3. A combination of 1 and 2."
I wish you well, Joe, with your MAC problems.
Dorothy
