Fisher (b.1780) was my GGGrandfather. I am descended from him and his other wife, Rhoda Rowe.(he married Mary Lacy after Rhoda R.) Fisher was buried in the Old Newnansville Cemetery in Alachua County Fl. If you are interested, there will be a Gaskins family reunion near Nashville, GA. in early June. Unfortunately I will not be able to attend. Recently (Apr 29), there was a Civil War dedication memorial ceremony for Thomas Gaskins,the last son of Fisher at the New Zion Cemetery in Union County, Fla.
