I have been fighting this exact same problem since September of last year. I have received emails stating they are working one it, they are aware of the problem etc. I have contacted support half a dozen times and the results are the same: It still does not work and nothing has changed. My renewal was in October and was, what, $200? I only have a membership so my media is shared to attract people searching for my family members. I feel that I have wasted 7 months of this years membership and Ancestry is not doing anything about it. At this point I doubt I will renew this year.
