The booklet says Barry, Glam. Parish Church of St. Nicholas.

I don't have one for St.Cadoc'x church in Cadoxton JB but there is one on Parish Chest that you could send for. It costs 4pd 50p but would be worth you having a look at it. My ancestors were Jenkins around that area also (no relation to yours) so have booklets on Bonvilston, LLancarvan Llantrithyd and have found a lot of information re birth deaths and marriages of my Jenkins branch and other sides of my family who on my mothers side all came from those areas.
