Surnames: Campbell Christian Taylor Means McCollum Pevehouse Furra
Rev James Campbell (1809-1873) had, we think, the following brothers and sisters.

Evan Campbell b. 1818, m. Susan Means daughter of Rev. Clemens Means. Went to Nacogdoches TX circa 1840s.

Margaret Campbell b ca 1820 married Leroy Taylor, lived in Fentress Co TN and after her death husband Leroy lived in Cumberland Co TN where he built Taylor's Chapel, still there to this day.

Rebecca Campbell b. ca 1807, married Abraham Furra, went to Nacogdoches circa 1850s.

William R. Campbell b. ca 1804 m. Rhoda McCollum in Wayne Co KY, lived Fentress Co TN at Campbell's Mountain, just west of Jamestown. 3 of his children went to Nacogdoches,TX, (1 daughter and 2 sons). The sons were Thomas Marion Campbell and William Jefferson Campbell.

Rachel Campbell b. ca 1813 (cant remember for sure will have to check my files). Married George W. Pevehouse, lived in Fentress / Pickett County area.

Joseph Campbell Jr b. 1815, married Piera Christian, went to Lousiana then Texas, circa 1840s, eventually went to San Saba TX. Brother Evan went briefly then returned to Nacogdoches.


There may be another brother and / or sister as mentioned earlier.
