My greatgrandfather was Emmett Blanton,whose father was William Thomas Blanton,whose father was David Blanton,whose father was Gassaway Blanton,dont much beyond that.Any help would be greatly apprieciated.David and William are buried in the Dunlap Kansas cemetery,There is also another William Blanton buried there, born in 1846, married to Louise Teter.I dont know thw conection.
