hi, gosh i'm still getting over this :) photos are great Emily at Ettalong was my nanna...big nan she was called and also big mum !! ha!! Emily was married to Thomas Whetton and when Grandfather Tom past away ,Big Nan (Emily) went and lived with her youngest daughter Lydia Grace Whetton (auntie Lyd) we live at The Entrance and was over at Aunties all the time :)My sister Denise lives at Kingscliff and my eldest sister Beverley lives at Woy Woy,Beverely is the one that remembers going to the farm at Blacktown and she remembers Ruth and Ollie :) was there a farm down south way??Beve said she use to go with Grandfather Tom,they lived at 183 Moore Street Leichardt,my father Herbert Francis Thomas Whetton and uncle reg whetton had a business up the back of the big old house,mechanics,cabs and tow trucks,wedding cars and a petrol pump for Total Petrol we moved from Leichhardt when Beve was married in 1962 her and Johnnie Skinner(her husband moved into our place at 83 Moore Street just down the road from big Nan .....I have photos here... I do have the family photo you sent and i will get it out there are names on the side,but i thought it was a young Emily standing beside Grandfather ?? i'll check that... I have a couple of other Flood photos well i think they are Floods after seeing yours :) Gosh do you know a family of girls The Ball family Esme,Ena and Esther ???? I have photo here and no one knows them:( beautiful looking girls...isnt it funny how different people end up with the same the same photos??
