2. August 1765 - "Bartholomue
Philips an insolvent debtor the same as the other two prisoners above in every thing. Ephraim Martin his assigned assignee"
3. November 1764 - "Daniel
Van Etta vs Robert
Philips"
4. November 1764 - "The King vs Robert
Philips. Indictment for (?). One motion of
Doud for the King process ordered"
5. February 1765 - "Daniel
Van Etta vs Robert
Philips. Ordered that the plantiff have until next term to file his declaration"
6. February 1765 - "The King vs Robert
Phillips. Indictment of adultery. The defendant being arranged upon his indictment pleads not guilty, where upon he entered into a recognizance of fifty pounds with
Constant Hart and Hezekiah
Dunn, sureities each in fifty pounds for to prosecute his traverse and abide this intent(?) of the court"
7. February 1765 - "The King vs Stephen

8. May 1765 - "Robert
Phillips vs The King. Indictment for adultery. Ordered by the court that the trial of this cause come on the first day of the next term premtorily or that the defendant be discharged"
9. May 1765 - "The King vs Robert
Phillips. Indictment for adultery. The defendant being called appeared and entered into recognizance in the sum of fifty pounds, and James
Schoonover and Hezekiah
Dunn his sureties, in the sum of fifty pounds each for his appearance at the next term and to prosecute his issue of traverse to effect"
10. August 1765 - "The King vs Robert
Philips. Indictment for adultery. On trial the jury called and sworn. Witness for the King: Lydia
Van Etta and Nathaniel Pittit. Witness for the defendant: Isaac
Hull, Hezekiah

Schoonover. The charge given by judge

11. August 1765 - "The King vs Robert
Philips. Indictment for adultery. The jury came into court and being called over say they find the defendant guilty"
12. August 1765 - "The King vs Robert
Philips. Indictment for adultery. On motion of J.D. Hart, for judgement. The court orders that the defendant pay a fine of thirty pounds proclomation money, to the overseers of the poor for the township of Wallpack, or be whipped on the bare back at three several courts of general sessions of the peace for this county, thirty lashes at each time, and that he stand committed till his judgement be complied with and the fees be paid"
