Charles Barton Mowrey was born on 6 Jul 1798 in Burrillville, Providence, Rhode Island. He died in May 1873 in San Francisco, San Francisco, California. He was sealed to his parents on 13 Oct 1960 by proxie in the Salt Lake Temple. He was baptized on 9 Jan 1968 by proxie. He was endowed on 15 Jun 1892. He married Ruth Walkup in March 1820 in, ,,Rhode Island. They were sealed by proxie on 13 Oct 1960.

Barton Mowry (47), b. 12 Jul 1796, Burrillville, Providence Co., RI to Uriah Mowry and Joannah Bartlett. He was a mason by trade, and a member of the San Francisco Town Council in 1848, The San Francisco Branch of the LDS Church met in a large room on the second floor of his house on the corner of Broadway and Powell Streets.
d. 4 Jun 1872.
Buried in Centerville Presbyterian Pioneer Cemetery Section 24/B, Fremont, Alameda Co., CA.
