Certainly. I get that. In fact most of the answers up to and including the Genealogy standard tend toward some sort of confirmation. I hope everyone tries to live up to the standard for completeness. I'm fully aware of how great and important the DNA addition is to the puzzle.
But...I still find the statement that I'm starting to see a lot of--as to some 5th grandfather being proven by DNA-- is a little inaccurate and overblown. It might just as well be a fifth grand uncle. Now if we had the the actual DNA of the person in question, it would be more reliable.
