This family has no living grandchildren. Mary died in a wagon accident and JD Cady remarried Winnie Grumbles and had another three children. Only found Silas and his sister living after 1918. At least, two brothers died in their 20's.
Verbal history, claims the brothers were confronted by reconstruction Soldiers who demanded their guns. A gun fight resulted and one Cady brother was killed with several soldiers. Thus making the brothers outlaws, until pardoned. So, in not finding any records of the family after this period, you can only guess they died out.
